Sam Hurley
Leading the charge of several digital transformations in her 20 years of industry experience and at the helm of multiple small businesses for the last 10 years, Sam combines visionary thinking with operational efficiency. Her Master of Teaching is the icing on the cake as she build knowledge and skill whilst driving change; ensuring new ways of working are adopted in a short space of time. Her agile problem solving and digital nous enable anyone she works with to work smarter, not harder.
Phil Ore
If 10,000 hours is the benchmark for excellence, Phil reigns supreme as a mentor. His extensive experience leading brand and customer experience is married with his ability to identify opportunities for smaller business to give them the ‘gold nuggets’ they need to get traction. His ‘serendipity hacking’ is the magic sauce in the business. His extensive black book of contacts can be capitalised on to connect the ‘what you know’ with the ‘who you ‘know’. Known colloquially as ‘The Pitch Doctor’, he’ll help you communicate the value of your business.
Our Story
25eight evolved to help Startups & SMEs get strategic in a short amount of time. Smaller businesses don’t always have the luxury of time and making the right decision quickly is critical. Most credible education aimed at building a business leader’s strategic knowledge takes a long time and isn’t alway applicable to a smaller business or it’s transactional; delivered in a workshop or Masterclass where a smaller percentage of learnings are remembered and applied. We know the best way to adopt a new business practice and it’s not sitting and listening to someone talk.
The founders, Sam and Phil, are passionate about making an impact and believe business can be a force for good. They knew they could make a difference to smaller businesses if they gave them the right tools and taught them how to use them. The ‘teach a man to fish’ principle would help the business leaders succeed now and in the future. Having worked with tens of thousands of business leaders, they have combined their academic understanding and extensive industry experience to create transformational outcomes for the people they serve.
